How it works

From a written brief to a system your team uses

No sales calls, no discovery workshops that produce a slide deck. A brief, a fixed price, a design week and a working system you use while it is being finished.

Home / How it works

Brief, 30 minutes

You describe what you sell or deliver, how work moves, who does what and which tools you use, in our form or your own document. Screenshots of the current spreadsheet help.

Scope and price, 2 days

We reply with questions, then a two page scope: record types, stages, screens, automations, integrations, migration and a fixed price with a delivery date.

Design week

An hour with the people who will use it. We map the screens and rules, show clickable mockups and agree the details before code is written.

Build, weekly releases

A working version with your real data from day ten. Each week adds a piece, you use it and tell us what is wrong, and we adjust. Nothing is a surprise at the end.

Import and integrations

Your spreadsheet or old CRM is imported to a test copy, you check twenty records, then we run the live import. Integrations are connected under your own accounts.

Training, recorded

One session per role, recorded and turned into a short written guide with screenshots, so the next hire can learn it without you.

Handover

Code in your GitHub, database and hosting in your name, documentation of every automation and integration, admin access to everything.

Care, optional

Hosting, backups, monitoring and a few hours of changes a month at a flat fee, or host it yourself and call us when needed.

Questions we get asked

Do we need to have a call?

No. Everything from brief to handover works in writing: a form or document from you, questions and a scope from us, weekly written updates and recorded walkthroughs of each release. If you prefer to talk, a short video review each week is available, but nothing depends on it.

Who do we work with day to day?

One developer who is responsible for the build from the first week to handover, backed by a second who reviews the work and covers holidays. You always know who is building your system and can message them directly. Both are named in the scope document, and the reviewer joins the weekly written update so a second pair of eyes has seen every release.

What do you need from us?

The written brief, about thirty minutes of your time, an hour with the people who will use the system in the design week, weekly feedback on the working version and your existing data for import. The less time you have, the more we structure the questions.

What happens after handover?

The system is yours. Many clients take the care plan for hosting and small changes; others host it themselves and call us when they need something. Either way, the code, the database and the documentation sit in your own accounts from the day of handover, so any competent developer can pick the system up without asking us for anything.

Tell us how your business works. We will quote the CRM that fits it.
