Custom CRM development
A CRM built around your business, that you own
Your pipeline stages, your records, your integrations and your reports, built as a web application in three to eight weeks for a fixed price. No per-seat fees, no template to fight, and the code and data are yours.

Why businesses switch
Off the shelf CRMs fit the vendor's process. This one fits yours.
Your records, not renamed ones
Jobs, matters, participants, listings, policies or donors become real record types with the fields your team uses. Nobody has to remember that "Opportunity" means "roof".
No per-seat fees, ever
A 25 person team on a mid tier SaaS CRM pays 15,000 to 30,000 dollars a year. A build costs about one year of that, once, and then belongs to you.
Integrations that are actually built
Two way sync with your accounting, email logging, phone system, forms and e-commerce, designed for your data rather than found in a marketplace and hoped for.
Services
Six ways we work on your CRM
Custom CRM
Custom CRM development
CRM development services without the agency layer: your pipeline stages, your records, your reports and your rules, built as a web application your team logs into from any device and that you own outright. Cheaper than hiring CRM developers, and you keep the code either way.
See the serviceConsulting
CRM consulting and process design
Two weeks of structured interviews, process mapping and data audit that end in a specification your team agrees with, whether we build the CRM or you buy one.
See the serviceIntegration
CRM integration services
QuickBooks CRM integration, Xero, VoIP CRM integration, a CRM with Outlook integration, web forms and your store, all landing on the right customer record without anyone copying and pasting.
See the serviceAutomation
CRM automation and AI assistants
Rules that follow up every lead, chase every quote and nudge every stalled job, plus AI helpers that draft the email and summarise the call so your people only decide.
See the serviceImplementation
CRM implementation and onboarding
CRM onboarding done properly: configuration, import, permissions, training and a measured first month, so the CRM is the place work happens rather than the thing people update on Friday afternoon.
See the serviceMigration
CRM data migration services
A CRM migration run to a written method rather than a migration tool and hope: contacts, deals, activity history, notes and files out of the old system and into the new one, with a verification report showing exactly what went where.

Built for how your industry actually works
65 industry pages describe the records, pipeline stages, automations and integrations a CRM needs in that trade, each with a working demo you can drag cards around in. Find yours, or tell us about one we have not written up yet.

Proof
We use what we build
Our own lead qualification CRM was built the same way we build for clients: three weeks, one process, no subscription. The case study shows every detail.
Questions we get asked
What is a custom CRM?
A customer relationship management system designed and built for one business, with its own record types, pipeline stages, automations and reports, instead of a subscription product configured to approximate them. People also call it custom CRM software, a client management system or a customer database, and they mean the same thing. You own the code and the data, and there are no per-user fees at any team size.
How much does a custom CRM cost?
Between 4,900 and 19,900 US dollars for most businesses, as a fixed price agreed before we start. A single pipeline CRM sits at the low end; systems with quoting, integrations, portals and migrations sit higher. Hosting and support afterwards is optional at 290 dollars a month.
How long does it take?
Three to four weeks for a focused CRM, six to eight for a system with several pipelines, integrations and a data migration. You use a working version with real data from the second week, so the final release is a formality rather than a surprise.
Is it better than HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce?
For some businesses, no, and we say so during discovery. It is better when your process does not fit their templates, when per-seat fees have grown past a few thousand a year, or when you want to own the system your business runs on rather than rent it.
Which countries do you work in?
The United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and the United States, with hosting in your region, integrations with the accounting and phone tools common there, and support hours that overlap your working day. Each of those countries has its own page with local pricing, local integrations and examples, and we also publish a Dutch section for businesses in the Netherlands and Belgium.
