One of twelve industry systems we build from, each with its own screens, workflow and vocabulary. ListingDesk carries a property board with buyer matching and open homes, plus the pipeline, inbox with SMS and email, quotes the customer accepts online, schedule, editable automation flows, reports and a phone view. Who this is for

Built for UK estate agents

Independent estate agents and letting agents in the UK with 1 to 10 branches who are paying per user for a legacy system, exporting to spreadsheets for reporting and chasing sales progression by phone and email.

Applicant matching and viewing follow up

New instructions are matched to applicants and sent by email or SMS. Viewings are booked into the diary, feedback is collected by text afterwards and reported to the vendor.

Sales progression on one screen

Each sale agreed shows both solicitors, the mortgage status, searches, enquiries and every milestone, with chase reminders and a weekly update to both parties sent automatically.

Lettings and property management

Tenancies with rent schedules, deposit registration, gas and electrical certificate expiries, inspections and maintenance jobs with contractor assignment, all on the property.

Portal feeds and enquiry capture

Properties are fed to Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, and enquiries from the portals arrive as applicants with the property attached, ready for the negotiator's call list.

Questions we get asked

How much does an estate agent CRM cost?

An estate agency CRM with valuations, instructions, applicant matching, viewings, sales progression and portal feeds is typically 9,900 to 15,900 pounds fixed, delivered in seven to nine weeks. Adding lettings and property management is usually 3,000 to 5,000 pounds more. No per-user or per-branch fees.

Does it feed Rightmove and Zoopla?

Yes. Properties are published to Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket through their real time data feeds, with status changes and price updates pushed automatically. Portal leads come back into the CRM as applicants with the property attached and the source recorded, so you can report which portal earns its fee.

Can it handle sales progression?

Yes. From sale agreed to completion, each transaction carries the buyer's and vendor's solicitors, mortgage status, searches, enquiries and milestones. Negotiators get chase reminders, both parties receive an automatic weekly update and Negotiators get chase reminders, both parties receive an automatic weekly update, and the pipeline shows every sale by stage with the days it has sat there.

Does it cover lettings compliance?

Yes. Each tenancy holds gas safety, EICR, EPC and legionella dates with reminders before expiry, deposit registration details, right to rent checks, inspection schedules and maintenance jobs. A compliance report shows any property with a lapsed certificate. Certificates are stored on the property with the contractor who issued them, so the whole compliance history is in one place when a tenant or a council asks.
