Built around your process, not a template
Custom CRM development
CRM development services without the agency layer: your pipeline stages, your records, your reports and your rules, built as a web application your team logs into from any device and that you own outright. Cheaper than hiring CRM developers, and you keep the code either way.

Who this is for
Built for
Businesses of 3 to 150 people who have outgrown spreadsheets or are paying for a big SaaS CRM and using a tenth of it. Field service companies, brokerages, agencies, clinics, manufacturers, nonprofits and anyone with a process that off the shelf software keeps fighting. Briefs reach us under half a dozen names, customer relationship management software, a client management system, customer database software, customer tracking software or a customer management system, and they describe the same job.
Data model built from your real records
We start with the things you actually track: jobs, quotes, sites, donors, matters, units, vehicles. Each becomes a proper record type with the fields your team uses and nothing else. No renaming 'Opportunities' to mean something they were never meant to mean.
Pipelines that match how work moves
Lead to quote to job to invoice to review, or application to interview to offer, or enquiry to viewing to offer to exchange. Stages, required fields at each stage, and who gets notified are all yours to define.
Automations that replace the admin
Follow up emails, reminders, quote expiry, review requests, task creation when a stage changes, and daily digests. Every rule is written for your business, not chosen from a marketplace of generic recipes.
Reports your manager will open
Pipeline value by stage, conversion by source, revenue by service line, open jobs by technician, donor retention. Built as dashboards with the numbers you run the business on, exportable to Excel and Google Sheets.

Questions we get asked
Can we hire CRM developers instead of a fixed project?
Yes. If you already have a CRM, including Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot or a custom system, you can hire our CRM developers by the hour at 60 US dollars, or in monthly blocks for steady work. The same developers who build our fixed price systems do the work, in your time zone, and every change is documented and handed back to you.
How much does a custom CRM cost?
Most builds land between 4,900 and 19,900 US dollars as a fixed price, agreed before we start. A single pipeline CRM with contacts, tasks and email is at the low end. Multi pipeline systems with quoting, invoicing, integrations and customer portals sit in the middle. There are no per-seat fees afterwards, only optional hosting and support.
How long does it take to build?
A focused CRM with one pipeline and a handful of automations takes three to four weeks. A system with several pipelines, integrations to accounting and email, and a data migration takes six to eight weeks. You see a working version in the first ten days and use it for real before the final release.
What is the CRM built with?
A modern web stack: Next.js for the application, PostgreSQL for the database, hosted on your own account with a cloud provider or on Hostinger. For businesses already on PHP hosting we build in PHP and MySQL instead. Either way you receive the source code, the database and full admin access.
Do we really own it?
Yes. The code is delivered into your own GitHub account, the database and hosting are in your name and you can move both anywhere. If you stop working with us the system keeps running. That is the main difference from a SaaS CRM where your data lives in someone else's subscription.
Can it work with the tools we already use?
Almost always. We connect to Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, Gmail and Outlook, Google Calendar, Stripe, GoCardless, Twilio, WhatsApp Business, Mailchimp, Slack and most other tools with an API. Where a connection needs custom work, it is quoted as part of the fixed price rather than added later.
Is a customized CRM the same as a fully customizable CRM?
No. A fully customizable CRM is an off the shelf platform with settings, custom fields and add ons you configure yourself, still paid per seat. A customized CRM, in the way we build one, is written for your process from the start: your records, your stages and your rules, with the code and data owned by you.
