PlaceIt: the recruitment agencies edition, in your browser

One of twelve industry systems we build from, each with its own screens, workflow and vocabulary. PlaceIt carries a candidate pool ranked against each job, plus the pipeline, inbox with SMS and email, quotes the customer accepts online, schedule, editable automation flows, reports and a phone view. Sample data in your browser only. Your build carries your own stages, fields and rules.

Who this is for

Built for recruitment agencies

Recruitment agencies with 2 to 80 consultants across permanent, contract and temp, paying per seat for a system built for everyone and still running BD in spreadsheets and timesheets in email. The same build is what people mean by recruiting CRM software, a staffing CRM or staffing CRM software: one candidate, client and job model instead of three tools.

Candidate search that works

CVs parsed on upload, skills and locations searchable with boolean terms, and a match list for each job that improves as consultants use it.

Pipeline per job with client visibility

Each job has its pipeline; clients can see submitted candidates and interview status in a portal if you choose, which cuts update calls.

Business development alongside delivery

Leads, calls, meetings and terms tracked per client with a BD pipeline and consultant activity reports.

Placements, timesheets and invoicing

Permanent fees and temp margins calculated, timesheets submitted and approved online, invoices generated and synced to accounting, commission reported per consultant.

Questions we get asked

How much does a recruitment CRM cost?

A recruitment CRM and ATS with candidates, clients, jobs, pipelines, BD, placements and invoicing is typically 12,900 to 19,900 US dollars fixed, delivered in seven to ten weeks. A candidate and job tracker starts at 5,900. No per-consultant fees, which is the largest saving for growing agencies.

Can it parse CVs?

Yes. Uploaded and emailed CVs are parsed into candidate records with contact details, skills, employment history and location, then deduplicated against existing candidates. Consultants review and correct the parsed data before it is saved, and the original document is stored on the candidate record so nothing is lost in translation.

Does it handle temp timesheets?

Yes. Temp workers submit timesheets online or from a phone, clients approve with one click, hours flow to invoicing and payroll export, and margin is reported per placement and consultant. Margin is reported per placement and per consultant, and the rates, overtime rules and public holidays behind those numbers are set per client.

Is candidate data handled under GDPR?

Yes. Consent and lawful basis are recorded, retention rules archive or delete candidates on schedule, subject access exports are one click, and data is hosted in your region. We document the controls so they fit your privacy notice. Candidates can be sent a consent renewal automatically before their retention period ends, which keeps the database both compliant and current.
