Go live is the start, not the finish

CRM implementation and onboarding

CRM onboarding done properly: configuration, import, permissions, training and a measured first month, so the CRM is the place work happens rather than the thing people update on Friday afternoon.

Who this is for

Built for

Companies that bought a CRM and never got past the setup wizard. Teams implementing a CRM system for the first time, who cannot afford a week of downtime while switching. Businesses receiving a custom CRM from us and wanting the rollout handled end to end.

Configuration against the specification

Pipelines, fields, views, templates, permissions and automations set up exactly as agreed, with a checklist you sign off. No mystery settings.

Import you can trust

Data cleaned, deduplicated and mapped before it goes in. We import to a test system first, you check twenty records against the old one, then we run the live import overnight.

Training by role, recorded

Salespeople learn their pipeline, admins learn invoicing and reports, managers learn dashboards. Each session is recorded and turned into a two page guide with screenshots.

A measured first 30 days

We track logins, records created and stages moved per user, hold two short check ins and fix the friction that shows up in real use. Adoption problems are caught in week two, not month six.

Questions we get asked

How much does CRM implementation cost?

For a custom CRM built by us, implementation and training are included in the fixed price. For an existing tool such as HubSpot, Zoho or Pipedrive, a full implementation with import, configuration and training is 2,400 to 6,900 US dollars depending on team size and data volume. Small teams with clean data are at the low end.

How long does a CRM implementation take?

Two to four weeks for most businesses under 50 people. Week one is configuration and the test import, week two is verification and training, and go live follows once your team has checked their own records. We avoid Monday go lives and never migrate during your busiest week.

Will we lose data during the switch?

No. The old system stays untouched and read only until you confirm the new one is complete. We import to a test copy first, you check real records, and only then do we run the final import. Every import is logged so any record can be traced back to its source row.

What if staff do not use it?

That is the problem implementation exists to solve. We design the screens around each role's daily work, remove fields nobody needs, train by role and then measure use in the first month. When someone is not logging in, we find out why and fix the cause, which is usually a screen with too many boxes.

Can you implement a CRM we did not build?

Yes. We implement HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Capsule, Dynamics 365 and similar tools, and we are honest when a tool will not do what you need. If the gaps are large we will show you what a custom build would cost so you can compare before spending on configuration.
