AdviceHub: the accounting firms edition, in your browser

One of twelve industry systems we build from, each with its own screens, workflow and vocabulary. AdviceHub carries a compliance register with the documents a regulator asks for, plus the pipeline, inbox with SMS and email, quotes the customer accepts online, schedule, editable automation flows, reports and a phone view. Sample data in your browser only. Your build carries your own stages, fields and rules.

Who this is for

Built for accounting firms

Accounting, tax and bookkeeping practices with 2 to 40 staff who run client details in the practice software, deadlines in a spreadsheet, proposals in Word and new client onboarding by email chain.

Deadline board by type and owner

Every return, filing and payment date generated from the entity's year end and services. A board shows due this month, waiting on client, in review and lodged, and reminders chase clients for missing documents.

Proposals and engagement letters

Services priced from your fee schedule, proposal and engagement letter generated and signed electronically, and the accepted services creating the deadlines and recurring fees automatically.

Onboarding checklists

Identity checks, authorisation forms, software access and the document list, tracked per client with the status visible to the whole team.

Practice reporting

Fees by service and client, lodgement performance, work in progress and client profitability, from live data.

Questions we get asked

How much does a CRM for an accounting firm cost?

A practice CRM with clients, entities, deadlines, proposals, onboarding and reporting is typically 9,900 to 15,900 US dollars fixed, delivered in six to eight weeks. A client and deadline tracker starts at 4,900. There are no per-staff fees at any point, unlike the practice management suites this usually sits beside, so adding a seasonal preparer costs nothing.

Does it replace practice management software?

It replaces the client relationship, proposal, onboarding and deadline tracking side. Ledgers and tax preparation stay in your practice software, and we sync the client list so the two never drift. Practices that use only a fraction of a large suite often replace it entirely.

Can it track compliance deadlines automatically?

Yes. Deadlines are generated from each entity's type, year end and the services engaged, using your jurisdiction's rules. Preparer and reviewer are assigned automatically, clients are chased for their outstanding documents without anyone having to remember, and the board shows everything currently at risk of missing its date.

Does it produce engagement letters?

Yes. Proposals are built from your fee schedule, converted to an engagement letter in your template, signed electronically and stored on the client. Accepting the proposal creates the services, deadlines and billing schedule without retyping. Renewal letters for recurring services are generated each year from the same template, with the fee uplift applied and the client asked to sign again.
