MatterFlow: the law firms edition, in your browser
One of twelve industry systems we build from, each with its own screens, workflow and vocabulary. MatterFlow carries conflict checks before any matter is opened and key dates per matter, plus the pipeline, inbox with SMS and email, quotes the customer accepts online, schedule, editable automation flows, reports and a phone view. Sample data in your browser only. Your build carries your own stages, fields and rules.

Who this is for
Built for law firms
Law firms, attorney practices and solicitor practices with 2 to 60 fee earners across conveyancing, family, personal injury, immigration, commercial and litigation, currently losing enquiries in inboxes and reporting on referrals by memory.
Intake with conflict checks
New enquiries are checked against all parties in the system before a consultation is booked, with the check recorded. Intake forms capture what the fee earner needs before the first call.
Engagement and onboarding
Costs agreements or engagement letters generated from your templates, signed electronically, ID verification tracked and the matter opened on acceptance.
Matter pipeline with client updates
Each matter type has its stages and key dates. Clients receive an update at each milestone and can see status in a portal, which reduces the calls that eat billable time.
Referral and source reporting
Enquiries, engagements and fees by source and referrer, so marketing spend and referral relationships are judged on outcomes.

Questions we get asked
How much does a law firm CRM cost?
An intake and matter CRM with conflict checks, engagement, matter pipeline, client portal and referral reporting is typically 9,900 to 16,900 US dollars fixed, delivered in six to nine weeks. An enquiry and consultation tracker on its own starts at 4,900. There are no per-fee-earner fees, so trainees and paralegals are included at no extra cost.
Does it replace practice management software?
It replaces the front end: enquiries, intake, consultations, engagement and client communication, and it reports on the pipeline. Time recording, billing and trust accounting stay in Clio, LEAP or your practice system, Time recording, billing and trust accounting stay in Clio, LEAP or your existing practice system, with matters synced across so nothing is ever entered twice.
Can it run conflict checks?
Yes. Every enquiry's parties are searched against clients, opposing parties and related parties across all matters, with fuzzy matching on names and companies. The results and the fee earner's decision are both recorded on the enquiry with a timestamp, which is exactly what a regulator expects to be shown.
Is client data secure?
Data is encrypted, hosted in your country, access is role based with matter level restrictions where needed, and every access is logged. Sessions time out, two factor authentication is available and Sessions time out, two factor authentication is available, and we document every control in writing for your professional indemnity insurer and your regulator.
Is this a CRM for individual lawyers too?
Yes. A solo lawyer or small practice gets the same intake, conflict check, engagement letter and referral tracking as a larger firm, in a lighter build. Lawyer CRM software for one or two fee earners usually starts at the 4,900 dollar band, and practice management or accounting software stays where it is, connected rather than replaced.
