This policy explains what Stitched CRM collects when you use this website or send us a brief, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send a brief we store the name, email, company, website, country, team size, industry, service, current tools and message you enter, plus the time and page of the request.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. With your consent it sets first party cookies and sends Google your IP address, browser and device details and the pages you view, which Google processes under its own terms. In the UK, the EEA and Switzerland no analytics cookies are set until you press Accept on the cookie banner; until then Google receives only cookieless signals without identifiers (Google Consent Mode). Elsewhere analytics runs by default and Decline switches it off. Your choice is stored in your browser, and the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page lets you change it at any time. Advertising signals are always off, because the site runs no ads. We use the reports only to improve the site and never combine them with the details you send in a brief. You can block it with the opt-out add-on Google provides or with any tracker blocker, and the site works the same without it. Fonts and every other file are served from this site.
How we use it
To reply to your brief, prepare a scope and, if you become a client, to deliver the work and invoices. We do not send newsletters and we do not share your details with anyone. Project data you share during a build is covered by the data processing agreement signed for that project.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, and we will do so within 30 days. Requests go through the contact form.
