AdviceHub: the mortgage brokers edition, in your browser
One of twelve industry systems we build from, each with its own screens, workflow and vocabulary. AdviceHub carries a compliance register with the documents a regulator asks for, plus the pipeline, inbox with SMS and email, quotes the customer accepts online, schedule, editable automation flows, reports and a phone view. Sample data in your browser only. Your build carries your own stages, fields and rules.

Who this is for
Built for mortgage brokers
Mortgage brokers and brokerages with 1 to 40 brokers in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and the US, running applications in the aggregator's system and everything else in spreadsheets, email and memory.
Application tracking with client updates
Each application shows its lender milestones and outstanding conditions. Clients get an automatic update at each stage, which removes most 'any news' calls.
Fixed rate and anniversary reviews
Every settled loan carries its rate expiry and anniversary. Reviews are scheduled and the client is contacted automatically, so refinances go to you rather than to the bank.
Commission reconciliation
Expected upfront and trail per loan against aggregator statements, with a shortfall report and clawback tracking.
Referrer portal and reporting
Accountants and agents who refer can see the status of their referrals and receive a monthly summary, which keeps referrals flowing.

Questions we get asked
How much does a mortgage broker CRM cost?
A broker CRM with leads, applications, settlements, commissions, reviews and referrers is typically 9,900 to 15,900 US dollars fixed, delivered in six to eight weeks. A lead and pipeline system for a single broker starts at 4,900. There are no per-broker fees, so loan processors and administrators are included at no cost.
Does it work alongside our aggregator's software?
Yes. Applications continue to be lodged through the aggregator's platform, and we sync or import the application status and commission statements so the CRM stays current. The CRM then handles everything the aggregator platform does not: lead capture, follow up, review requests, referrer tracking and all client communication.
Can it schedule fixed rate expiry reviews?
Yes. Each loan holds its product, rate, expiry and anniversary. Reviews are created automatically at the interval you choose, the client receives an email or text in your words and the broker gets a task. A report shows expiries by month so you can plan the workload.
Does it reconcile commissions?
Yes. Expected upfront and trail commissions are calculated per loan from the lender's rates. Aggregator statements are imported and matched, shortfalls are listed for follow up and clawback exposure is shown by loan and by month. Broker splits are calculated from the reconciled figures for payroll, and a month by month trail report shows the book growing or shrinking.
