AdviceHub: the insurance agencies edition, in your browser

One of twelve industry systems we build from, each with its own screens, workflow and vocabulary. AdviceHub carries a compliance register with the documents a regulator asks for, plus the pipeline, inbox with SMS and email, quotes the customer accepts online, schedule, editable automation flows, reports and a phone view. Sample data in your browser only. Your build carries your own stages, fields and rules.

Who this is for

Built for insurance agencies

Independent insurance agencies and brokerages with 2 to 50 agents selling personal and commercial lines, running policies in an agency management system and leads and follow up in whatever tool each agent prefers. A life insurance CRM is the same shape with longer horizons: a life insurance agent CRM tracks underwriting, policy anniversaries and beneficiaries rather than annual renewals.

Renewal pipeline that starts early

Policies entering the 60 day window appear on the renewal board. The client gets a review invitation, the agent gets a task and remarketing quotes are logged, so retention is managed rather than hoped for.

Cross sell gaps on every record

A household with auto but no home, a business with liability but no workers compensation, shown on the record and in a report, with a sequence to offer the missing line.

Commission reconciliation by carrier

Expected commissions per policy against carrier statements, with variances listed for follow up.

Compliant communication

Consent and preference fields on every phone number and email, templated messages, and every touch logged.

Questions we get asked

What is the difference between an AMS and a CRM in insurance?

An agency management system is the policy record: policies, endorsements, carrier downloads, commissions and accounting. A CRM is the relationship and sales record: leads, quotes in progress, cross sell opportunities, renewal outreach and service tasks. Most agencies need both, so we build the CRM to sync with your AMS and staff never type a policy twice.

How much does an insurance agency CRM cost?

An agency CRM with households, policies, renewals, quotes, cross sell tracking and commission reconciliation is typically 9,900 to 15,900 US dollars fixed, delivered in six to eight weeks. A lead and renewal tracker starts at 4,900. No per-agent fees. Agencies with several offices or personal and commercial lines under different producers usually land in the middle of the range, and the price is fixed before the build starts.

Does it replace our agency management system?

For most agencies it sits alongside it. Policies and clients sync from the AMS, and the CRM handles what the AMS does badly: leads, follow up, renewal outreach, cross sell and reporting. Small agencies without an AMS sometimes use the CRM for both, with carrier downloads imported on a schedule.

Can it automate renewal outreach?

Yes. When a policy enters the renewal window the client receives a review invitation by email or text in your words, the agent gets a task, and the policy moves across a renewal board through remarketed, offered and renewed. A retention report shows the result by line and agent.

Does it track commissions?

Yes. Expected commission per policy is calculated from carrier and line rates, carrier statements are imported and matched, and variances are listed for follow up. Producer splits are calculated for payroll. Producer statements can be generated monthly, and the commission report by carrier shows which carriers pay on time and which need chasing.
