AdviceHub: the private equity and investment firms edition, in your browser

One of twelve industry systems we build from, each with its own screens, workflow and vocabulary. AdviceHub carries a compliance register with the documents a regulator asks for, plus the pipeline, inbox with SMS and email, quotes the customer accepts online, schedule, editable automation flows, reports and a phone view. Sample data in your browser only. Your build carries your own stages, fields and rules.

Who this is for

Built for private equity and investment firms

Private equity, venture capital, growth equity and family office teams of 3 to 60 people who track deal flow in a spreadsheet, LP conversations in email and pay per seat for a CRM designed for someone else.

Deal flow analytics

Deals by source, sector, stage and outcome, with conversion and time at stage, so the partners know which intermediaries produce and which do not.

Investor relationship management

LP contacts, commitments, meeting notes, reporting preferences and fundraising pipeline for the next fund, with every interaction logged.

Portfolio monitoring

Quarterly KPIs per company, board dates, reporting deadlines and initiative tracking, presented in a partner dashboard.

Access controls and audit

Deals and investor records restricted by team and role, with an audit log of who viewed and changed what, and data hosted where you require.

Questions we get asked

How much does a private equity CRM cost?

A deal flow, investor and portfolio CRM is typically 15,900 to 29,900 US dollars fixed depending on modules, delivered in eight to twelve weeks. A deal flow tracker with intermediary reporting starts at 7,900. No per-user fees, so every associate and the investor relations team log in.

Why custom rather than DealCloud or Affinity?

Those platforms suit firms happy to pay per seat and fit their process to the tool. Firms build with us when they want a system that mirrors their own committee process, when the annual cost has become significant, or when they require the data to sit on infrastructure they control.

How is confidentiality handled?

Access is role and team based, deal and investor records can be restricted to named people, every view and change is logged, sessions time out and data is encrypted and hosted in your chosen region. We sign an NDA before discovery and document the controls for your compliance team.

Can it log emails automatically?

Yes. Emails with contacts in the CRM are logged to the deal or investor record through Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, with rules to exclude personal or sensitive threads. Meeting notes and calls are added from a template. The rule set is agreed during discovery, and any email can be unlinked from a record by the person who sent it.
