OrderLine: the wholesale distributors edition, in your browser
One of twelve industry systems we build from, each with its own screens, workflow and vocabulary. OrderLine carries orders and stock synced from the ERP, plus the pipeline, inbox with SMS and email, quotes the customer accepts online, schedule, editable automation flows, reports and a phone view. Sample data in your browser only. Your build carries your own stages, fields and rules.

Who this is for
Built for wholesale distributors
Wholesale distributors of building products, food, industrial supplies, medical consumables and similar with 5 to 100 sales staff, whose inventory system holds orders but whose reps work from memory and printouts.
Reorder and churn alerts
Accounts whose ordering has slowed or stopped are flagged from order history, so reps call before the customer has moved to a competitor.
Rep call plans from the data
Territory call plans generated from account value, last visit and at risk flags, with visit notes and samples logged on a phone.
Customer specific pricing
Pricing tiers, contract prices and promotional pricing applied automatically to quotes, with margin visible before the quote is sent.
Credit and account status
Credit limit, terms and outstanding balance from accounting shown on the account so reps do not sell to accounts on hold.

Questions we get asked
How much does a distributor CRM cost?
A distribution CRM with accounts, order history, reorder alerts, rep call plans, pricing and quotes is typically 12,900 to 19,900 US dollars fixed, delivered in seven to ten weeks. An account and call tracker for a small rep team starts at 5,900. No per-rep fees.
Can it flag accounts that stop ordering?
Yes. Order history from your inventory system is analysed per account and product group to find normal ordering intervals. When an account is overdue against its own pattern it is flagged, the rep gets a task and the at risk report shows the value at stake.
Does it sync with our inventory system?
Yes. Accounts, products, pricing and orders sync from Cin7, Unleashed, NetSuite or your ERP by API or scheduled export, and quotes created in the CRM can be pushed as sales orders where the system allows. Stock levels and lead times can be shown on a quote, read only, so a salesperson never promises availability the warehouse cannot meet.
Do reps get a mobile view?
Yes. Reps see their call plan, each account's order history, pricing and credit status, log visit notes and samples, create quotes and photograph shelf or site conditions, all from a phone, with offline support for warehouses and rural routes. Managers see rep activity and visit notes the same day, and the call plan updates itself when an account is flagged as at risk or a new account is assigned.
