Who this is for
Built for logistics and freight companies
Freight forwarders, freight brokers, 3PLs and transport operators with 5 to 200 staff, whose transport management system runs shipments but whose sales, quoting and account relationships sit in email and spreadsheets.
Quote tracking by lane
Every quote with its lane, mode, rate and margin, and the outcome, so pricing decisions are based on win rates by lane rather than instinct.
Account and contract management
Volumes against contract, rate review dates and renewal pipeline, with a report of accounts whose volume is falling.
Carrier relationship management
Carriers with lanes, capacity, insurance and compliance dates, performance from the TMS and a preferred carrier list per lane.
Service issues logged against accounts
Claims, delays and complaints with root causes and credits, visible to the account manager before the quarterly review.

Questions we get asked
How much does a logistics CRM cost?
A logistics CRM with shipper and carrier accounts, quotes by lane, pipeline, contracts and service issues is typically 12,900 to 22,900 US dollars fixed, delivered in seven to ten weeks. A sales pipeline and quote tracker on its own starts at 5,900. There are no per-user fees, so operations staff and dispatchers can be given access too.
Does it integrate with our TMS?
Yes, where the TMS has an API or exports. Shipments, volumes, revenue and carrier performance sync to the account records so account managers see reality without opening the TMS. The CRM does not replace the TMS; it manages the relationships and the sales around it.
Can it analyse quote win rates?
Yes. Every quote records the lane, mode, rate, margin and outcome, including the competitor rate when known. Reports show win rate and margin by lane, customer type and salesperson, which is where most freight companies find their pricing is either too high or leaving money on the table.
Does it manage carrier compliance?
Yes. Carrier records hold insurance, authority, licence and audit dates with expiry reminders, plus performance metrics from the TMS. Carriers with lapsed compliance are flagged so operations do not tender them loads. Insurance certificates and authority documents are stored on the carrier record, so an auditor or a customer's compliance team can be shown the file for any load without searching email.
Does it work as a transportation CRM?
Yes. Transportation and freight companies get shippers and consignees, lanes with rates, quotes, loads, carriers and proof of delivery in one CRM, with the transport management system connected for live status. Sales sees which customers ship which lanes and when volume drops, so account managers call before a shipper quietly moves freight elsewhere.
