GuestBook: the restaurants edition, in your browser

One of twelve industry systems we build from, each with its own screens, workflow and vocabulary. GuestBook carries occupancy and functions on one calendar, plus the pipeline, inbox with SMS and email, quotes the customer accepts online, schedule, editable automation flows, reports and a phone view. Sample data in your browser only. Your build carries your own stages, fields and rules.

Who this is for

Built for restaurants

Restaurant groups, private dining venues and hospitality operators with 1 to 30 sites who have guest data scattered across a reservation platform, a POS and a mailing list, and who run event enquiries from an inbox.

Guest profiles across sites

Reservation and POS data matched into one profile per guest, with visit frequency, spend and preferences visible to the host and the marketing team.

Private dining and events pipeline

Enquiries with dates, guest count, space and budget, proposals and menus from templates, deposits tracked and a run sheet to the kitchen and floor.

Campaigns for quiet nights

Segments by visit frequency, spend and site, with email and SMS campaigns for lapsed guests, birthdays and midweek offers, tracked to visits.

Feedback and reviews

Post visit feedback requests, responses logged on the guest, and a review request to guests who rated highly.

Questions we get asked

How much does a restaurant CRM cost?

A restaurant CRM with guest database, events pipeline, campaigns and feedback is typically 8,900 to 14,900 US dollars fixed, delivered in six to eight weeks. An events and private dining pipeline on its own starts at 4,900. There are no per-site or per-user fees, so a second or third venue costs nothing more.

Can it combine data from our reservation system and POS?

Yes. Exports or API feeds from your reservation platform and POS are matched into one guest profile by name, phone and email, with rules you approve for uncertain matches. Visits, spend and preferences are updated daily, and the data is yours rather than the platform's.

Does it manage event enquiries?

Yes. Enquiries from your website, email and phone are tracked from first contact to deposit with dates, guest numbers, space, menu and budget. Proposals and contracts are generated from templates, Proposals and contracts are generated from your templates, deposits are collected through Stripe, and a run sheet reaches the operations team automatically.

Can it run marketing campaigns?

Yes. Guests are segmented by visit frequency, spend, site and preferences. Email and SMS campaigns are sent from the CRM or through Mailchimp with the audience synced, and results are measured in visits, not just opens. Campaign results are attributed to visits and spend in the weeks after sending, so you know which offers filled tables rather than which got clicks.

Can it run catering orders?

Yes, it works as catering CRM software. Catering is its own pipeline: enquiry, tasting, proposal with menu and headcount, deposit, final numbers and delivery or event day. The kitchen sees prep sheets by date, the front of house sees corporate accounts and repeat bookings, and invoices sync to your accounting. It works for restaurant catering and for standalone catering companies.
