Who this is for

Built for electrical contractors

Electrical contractors with 2 to 50 electricians handling a mix of domestic, commercial and periodic inspection work, who need certificates, quotes and schedules in one place rather than three apps and a filing cabinet.

Periodic inspections that book themselves

Landlord and commercial sites carry their inspection cycle. Sixty days before expiry the site appears in the due list, the customer is emailed and the job is ready to schedule.

Certificates attached to the site, not lost in email

Test results entered on site, certificate generated as a PDF, stored on the site record and sent to the customer. The next electrician sees every previous certificate before they open the board.

EV charger and solar jobs with grant paperwork

Job types with their own checklists, the documents the grant scheme or DNO requires, and a status the customer can see, so nobody chases the office for an update.

Materials that flow to the supplier order

Quote line items become a materials list, grouped by supplier, exported or emailed as the order. Actual materials used are recorded on the job for margin reporting.

Questions we get asked

How much is a custom CRM for an electrical business?

Typically 7,900 to 13,900 US dollars fixed for quotes, jobs, scheduling, certificates and accounting sync, delivered in six to eight weeks. A smaller quote and job tracker starts at 4,900. Your certificate templates are built in at no extra cost if you supply the current forms.

Can it produce electrical certificates?

Yes. Test results are entered on site from a phone, the certificate is generated as a PDF in your layout with your logo and registration details, numbered in sequence, stored on the site record and emailed to the customer. Templates for EICR, EIC and minor works are included; other forms are added on request.

Does it track periodic inspection dates?

Every site has a next inspection date. A due list shows what expires this month and next, customers receive an automatic reminder, and the office books the job from the list. This alone usually recovers thousands in repeat inspection work that used to be forgotten.

Can electricians use it on site?

Yes. The site view on a phone shows the address, previous certificates, access notes and today's checklist. Electricians capture photos, enter test readings, record materials and collect a signature. Work is saved offline and synced later. The office sees completed work and test readings the same day, and certificates are generated as soon as the readings are entered.
