JobBoard: the roofing contractors edition, in your browser
One of twelve industry systems we build from, each with its own screens, workflow and vocabulary. JobBoard carries dispatch map, routes per technician and a phone view built for the van, plus the pipeline, inbox with SMS and email, quotes the customer accepts online, schedule, editable automation flows, reports and a phone view. Sample data in your browser only. Your build carries your own stages, fields and rules.

Who this is for
Built for roofing contractors
Residential and commercial roofers running 5 to 200 jobs a month, working with insurance adjusters, canvassing crews and subcontractor installers, who need to know at a glance which jobs are waiting on the adjuster and which are waiting on shingles.
Inspection photos organised by slope
Canvassers and inspectors capture damage photos on their phone, tagged by slope and damage type. The estimate and the insurance claim pull the right photos automatically.
Insurance claims tracked to the dollar
Claim number, adjuster contact, approved scope, supplements submitted and approved, deductible and depreciation, with a pipeline view of every claim waiting on a carrier.
Estimates from measurements
Enter squares and pitch or import an aerial measurement report, and the estimate prices materials, labour and waste from your price book. Contracts are signed on a tablet at the kitchen table.
Crew scheduling and material orders
Approved jobs go onto a crew calendar. Material orders are generated per job for your supplier, and the office sees what is ordered, delivered and installed.

Questions we get asked
How much does a custom roofing CRM cost?
A roofing CRM with lead intake, inspections, estimates, claim tracking, crew scheduling and QuickBooks sync is typically 11,900 to 16,900 US dollars fixed, delivered in six to nine weeks. A lead and estimate tracker starts at 4,900. Nothing is charged per user, so canvassing crews can all have logins.
Can it track insurance claims?
Yes. Each job can carry a claim record with the carrier, adjuster, claim number, approved scope, supplements and depreciation. A claims board shows what is waiting on the adjuster, what is approved and what needs a supplement, and reminders fire when a claim has not moved in a set number of days.
Do canvassers get their own view?
Yes. A canvassing view on a phone shows the streets they are working, lets them log a knock, a conversation or an appointment with GPS and photos, and feeds appointments straight into the inspection calendar. Commission reports are generated from what each canvasser actually closed rather than from a tally sheet.
Can it import aerial measurement reports?
Yes. Measurement reports from EagleView, Hover and similar services are imported so the squares, pitch and waste feed the estimate directly. If you measure by hand, the estimate calculates from the numbers you enter. The measurement report is stored on the property record so the crew lead and the supplier order both work from the same numbers as the estimate.
