Retainer: the B2B sales teams edition, in your browser
One of twelve industry systems we build from, each with its own screens, workflow and vocabulary. Retainer carries retainers, MRR and renewals on a 12 month strip, plus the pipeline, inbox with SMS and email, quotes the customer accepts online, schedule, editable automation flows, reports and a phone view. Sample data in your browser only. Your build carries your own stages, fields and rules.
Use Expand in the demo toolbar for a full screen view, press Escape to close it, or open the B2B sales teams demo on its own page.
Who this is for
Built for B2B sales teams
B2B companies with 3 to 50 salespeople selling products or services with a defined process, who are paying per seat for a general CRM, customising it constantly and still exporting to Excel for the forecast.
Your stages, your qualification
Stages with exit criteria and required fields, qualification frameworks such as MEDDIC or BANT built into the opportunity, and stage duration tracked.
Quotes with approval rules
Quotes from your price book with discount thresholds that route for approval, versioned and converted to orders.
Activity without data entry
Emails and meetings logged automatically from Gmail or Outlook, calls from your phone system, and a rep view that shows what needs doing today.
Forecast and reporting
Weighted and commit forecasts by rep and territory, pipeline coverage, win rates by source and lost reasons, all live.

Questions we get asked
Does it work for telesales and call center teams?
Yes. Telesales and call center teams get a calling queue built from lead rules, click to call through your VoIP provider, call outcomes recorded in one click and callbacks scheduled automatically. As call center lead management software, it includes distribution by skill or territory, recycling of unreached leads, and live dashboards of calls, connects and conversions per agent.
How much does a custom B2B sales CRM cost?
A sales CRM with accounts, opportunities, quotes, activity capture and forecasting is typically 9,900 to 15,900 US dollars fixed, delivered in six to eight weeks. A pipeline and account tracker starts at 4,900. No per-rep fees, which for a 20 person team usually pays for the build within the first year.
Why not HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce?
For many teams they are right, and we say so in discovery. Companies build with us when per-seat costs have grown, when their process needs customisation those tools make painful, when quoting or approvals need real logic, or when they want to own the system and its data.
Does it log emails automatically?
Yes. Emails to and from contacts in the CRM are logged to the account and opportunity through Gmail or Microsoft 365, with rules to exclude personal threads. Meetings are logged from the calendar and calls from your phone system, so reps spend their time selling.
Can it produce a reliable forecast?
Yes. Opportunities carry stage based probabilities and rep commit levels, the forecast is shown by rep, territory and month, and historical accuracy is reported so managers can calibrate. Pipeline coverage and stage duration show where deals stall. Sales managers can lock a commit at the start of the month and compare it to the outcome, which is the fastest way to find which reps forecast honestly.
