Who this is for

Built for cleaning companies

Commercial cleaning contractors, janitorial companies, carpet cleaning businesses and residential cleaning companies with 5 to 100 cleaners, managing recurring schedules, staff changes and client complaints from a mix of spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and memory.

Schedules that survive staff changes

When a cleaner is off, the roster shows who is trained on that site and free. Reassign in a click and the replacement gets the site details and checklist on their phone.

Checklists and proof of clean

Cleaners complete the site checklist on their phone with time stamped photos. Clients can see the completed checklist, which ends most 'was the office cleaned last night' calls.

Quotes from square metres and frequency

Enter areas, tasks and frequency and the quote prices from your rates. Site specifications become the checklist when the client signs.

Client portal and complaints handling

Clients log requests and complaints in a portal, each one becomes a ticket with an owner and a deadline, and the resolution is recorded on the site for the next inspection.

Questions we get asked

How much does a cleaning company CRM cost?

A cleaning CRM with quotes, recurring schedules, staff rostering, checklists, client portal and accounting sync is typically 8,900 to 14,900 US dollars fixed, delivered in six to eight weeks. A quote and client tracker on its own starts at 4,900. Cleaner logins are unlimited and cost nothing, however large the team gets.

Can cleaners clock in and out?

Yes. Cleaners start and finish a visit from their phone, with GPS recorded so you know they were on site. Hours flow to a timesheet report and export to your payroll system. Missed clock ins trigger an alert to the supervisor before the client notices.

Does it handle recurring invoicing?

Yes. Invoices are raised from the schedule at the frequency the contract states, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, with extras such as one off deep cleans added from the visit log. Invoices sync across to Xero or QuickBooks as drafts, and the payment status comes back so it shows on the client record without anyone checking two systems.

Can clients see their visits?

Yes. A client portal shows scheduled visits, completed checklists with photos, inspection reports and invoices, and lets them submit a request or complaint that becomes a tracked ticket. Facilities managers value this more than any other feature. Portal access is per site contact with the permissions you set, and every request and response is logged, which settles disputes about who said what and when.

Is this janitorial CRM software too?

Yes. Janitorial contracts are recurring records with sites, cleaning specs, frequencies, staff rotas and inspection scores, so commercial cleaning and janitorial firms can see which contracts are profitable and which sites keep failing audits. Supplies per site, key holding and out of hours access notes sit on the same record as the contract.
