Who this is for

Built for pest control companies

Pest control operators with 2 to 40 technicians serving residential contracts and commercial sites such as restaurants, warehouses and property managers who require documented treatment records and site reports.

Treatment records with chemical logs

Every visit records the products used, quantities, application method and findings, against the site and the device. The regulator or the client's auditor can be given a complete report in one click.

Device maps for commercial sites

Bait stations and monitors are numbered on a site plan. Technicians check each device from their phone, log activity and the site report shows trends by device.

Routes by area and technician

Recurring visits are scheduled into routes with drive time in mind. Technicians see the day's stops, the site's history and any special instructions.

Renewals and price increases that happen

Contracts show their renewal date, customers get notice automatically and annual price increases are applied to the next invoice without anyone remembering.

Questions we get asked

How much does a pest control CRM cost?

A pest control CRM with service agreements, routes, treatment and device records, compliance reports and accounting sync is typically 9,900 to 14,900 US dollars fixed, delivered in six to eight weeks. A simpler contract and scheduling system on its own starts at 5,900. Technician logins are unlimited and cost nothing, whatever the size of the route team.

Does it produce compliance reports?

Yes. Site reports list every visit, the technician, products and quantities used, devices checked and findings, over any date range, as a PDF with your branding. Chemical usage reports by product and period are available for regulatory returns. Reports are generated per site or per client group, and can be scheduled to email the facilities manager on the first of each month.

Can technicians log treatments from their phone?

Yes. The visit screen shows the site's devices and history, lets the technician tick devices checked, log activity, select products from your list with quantities, add photos and collect a signature. It works offline in basements and plant rooms. Photos of activity and device condition are attached to the visit, and the office sees completed visits within minutes of the technician finishing.

Does it handle recurring contracts and billing?

Yes. Service agreements generate visits at their frequency, invoices are raised per visit or monthly as the contract states, synced to QuickBooks or Xero, and renewals and price increases are applied automatically with the customer notified in advance. Card and direct debit collection through Stripe or your bank's facility removes most of the chasing, and a report shows contracts with overdue balances.
